  • Led Hewlett-Packard projects in China, Japan, Korea and Ireland to address issues relating to business organziation and architecture.
  • Led national, 75-member, multi-location, strategic planning team to reduce a 14-million-square-foot portfolio to 6 million and to reorganize and relocate 25,000 employees for Wells Fargo Bank.
  • Spearheaded marketing efforts at Gensler as Partner and Vice President. Directed programs to develop major domestic accounts and expand Asian markets.
  • Directed, developed and implemented a multi-faceted program for Aetna, which enabled the successful-roll out of 100 direct delivery clinics located in 12 states within 18 months.

  • Led a mission-driven, competitive market-based assessment to validate the viability of the fourth San Francisco school of The International Schools of the Sacred Heart.
  • Designed donor cultivation strategies, annual giving campaigns, fundraising events, and managed hiring and oversight of development staff for San Francisco Zen Center, Marin Agricultural Land Trust, Drew School, Environmental Forum of Marin and The Child Abuse Prevention Society.

Board development, leadership outreach, succession planning and governance training for over 35 non profits throughout the United States.
